Snake in the Grass

I tried my version of the Kogi Truck's Snake in the Grass. With a few adjustments, I made it almost the same, except for the fact that I got too hungry and overfilled my burrito so it ended up being a burrito bowl rather than a burrito. Delicious, however! Tonight, Kogi Tacos and Sticky Icky South! I'm glad I bought too much short rib :)

    Looks delicious...when do you want us to come over to eat...ha ha ha! :) Do you have recipes that you use or just throw everything in?
