sometimes you go in
not expecting a thing
when spectacular happens
making your heart sing

as you take a journey

know that each person you meet

a hidden message, a treat

whether it be something humorous
or something to challenge you so
or the extra push that you need
to help you to continue to go

you'll find that in each journey
you'll meet people along the way
forever in your lives
they were destined to stay

so keep your head up
be aware of what's around
as you have to be ready
for the treasures waiting to be found
