~:[CH2 - Day 120]:~ Striding Along
Today was league prelims and everything today was focused on that. I was able to piece everything together and get it all setup in the morning, as the day went by quickly, as I had hoped. The weather was pretty good and fell on the colder side, but was perfect for the distances. We did what we needed to do and advanced 14 athletes in the 1600m, 12 in the 800m, and will have 15 running in the 3200m. I also have two possible alternates in the 800m and 1600m. In the 800m and 1600m, those two number of qualifiers is out of 32 in a seven team league, as we are almost representing half in both of those races. However, while we did well, I hope we still have a lot left in the tank for Friday!
