~:[CH7 - Day 142]:~ Taking Flight

Sometimes in life, your flight gets delayed. As confident as you are in what you are doing, something out of your control can put you off course. Sometimes, when you least expect it, however, you can take off. With the Space Race being one of the topics of the day, I was fortunate to see my students taking off. They were able to build the confidence over time so that they could fly themselves. It has taken the whole year for some, but regardless, it's amazing to see how much they have grown over the course of the year. Similarly, my seniors also saw themselves grow and take flight and while we talk about their past and they growth they made over their four years, I can help but smile and enjoy these reflective moments. In my own life, I have seen that patience can be key in flight. Stormy weather and other obstacles only lead to a rocky flight, but waiting until you are ready to take off, can often mean smooth sailing, much like I'm experience in my own life. Regardless know that we all have the ability to take off, if we are persistent and patient enough. I'll see you all flying high soon enough; soon enough!
