~:[CH7 - Day 102]:~ Time for a Checkup
Today was quite the hectic day from the start. From worrying about the rally, the meet and the pile of paperwork that needed to be done, it was a bit crazy. As the meet progressed and it was going well, soon, we would add one more twist to the day. While everything worked out and things were okay, this moment gave me a chance to take a break and just chat. It helped me see the supportive team I had as a number of his friends came by to fill the waiting room to make sure that he was doing okay with snacks in hand. I am so appreciative of the team that I have this year and while success is one thing, support is another. I would trade for a supportive team for a winning team any day, as they are truly the more successful team. With a sweep against a team we haven't done so against in quite some time, it was just the cherry on top. Sometimes in the chaos of a day, we need something to help us pause and see what we've been missing so we can appreciate the things we took for granted in the past. It's time for each of us to do our own little check up.
