~:[CH11 - Day 166]:~ Aesthetics
The flower are beautiful, but the rain made it even more aesthetic. I was happy to have timed it right where I could catch the flowers in this state. Normally the rain is a nuisance, however, today it made things more aesthetic. I guess in life we have opportunities even when the storm is upon us. We must look closely to find those opportunities rather than simply running for cover. Despite the rain, I was able to have another successful day shooting and had a great dinner with a friend as we discussed plans for our work upcoming. It was a wonderful way to spend the day and although I didn't end up meeting with my friends at night, I was glad to have time to rest and pack up a bit to trek to Kansai. As I peered out the window, it was nice to see the rain falling almost poetically, adding to the beauty of this wonderful day.
