~:[CH2 - Day 68]:~ Tradition
This year's group kept the tradition alive. However, I am not talking about bringing home a delegation award (which they did), but of representing our school and their countries well. Each year, my point of emphasis remains, do Model UN the way that it is suppose to be done. While many students have strayed away from it in order to win awards and make this program into a competitive machine, year in and year out, I am proud to see many of my delegates do what we ask. Be competitive, but never lose sight of the purpose of these simulations. This group transformed themselves and showed their substantive strength at this conference and displayed their immense amount of preparation and research. Congratulations to the MUN juniors for keeping that tradition alive!
