It wasn't a traditional Thanksgiving. I woke up and couldn't get out of bed, so just laid there. I missed Turkey Trot again. Of course, my body was telling me to rest and so I listened. I ended up watching the World Cup, cleaning and then converting footage for the banquet video. During the process, my drive crashed and I was in a pit of a panic. Luckily, I figured out how to repair it and all was good. I didn't even think to ask what we were doing for Thanksgiving. I've been so busy, it didn't cross my mind. Luckily, we were going next door for a small gathering. I was a bit sad that I didn't get to see everyone, but happy and grateful to see a few, spend time together and just enjoy each other's company. Life has definitely changed post-COVID, however, no matter what I know that every day, I will have so many things to be grateful for. Here's to the comforts of life and the love of friends and family. To you all, I send my deepest thanks.
