Most people use this phrase when talking about their birthday, however, in this case, it's another year with another time trial. Every year, we host a time trial to see where we're starting and another later on to see where we'll end up. For now, it's not always easy to see how things will pan out during the season, but it gives us some info to make a hypothesis. It was quite the lengthy day as we got back into our routine of morning and afternoon practices, as we enjoyed our first two team meals of the season, as one of our athletes leaves for a few weeks, while the other celebrated a job well done under the sweltering sun. Who knows what will happen during our next trip around the sun, but all I know is, it is our job to make the most of every moment we have. My body is definitely tired today, but my heart and mind are so full of great memories of this day and I sincerely hope that your were just as wonderful.
