The virtual world has created a number of great opportunities including virtual concerts and even easier ways to watch things such as sports on your phones. As technology improves the possibilities become endless. I was exhausted because of the presentation from the day before, so I rested a bit, woke up at a more normal time and then did some work through the day. The concert itself was amazing as the energy of being part of a group watching a show versus just watching it is completely different. It was fun to watch and ultimately, I got a few prime locations on the screen, which was cool as well. I always wonder how many of us they actually see as they have monitors in front of them as well. The Clippers also put on their own show as they took home a victory, continuing their defense and being patient with their offense. There are definitely things to fix, but their adjustments seem to have had an impact. Regardless, the technology of the world keeps finding ways to allow us to participate in ways we may not have thought of before and have given us more flexibility as well. It opens the door to make things cheaper and easier and while we lose some of the aspects of doing something live, it's a good option for a few things we always did face-to-face. Even when things get in our way, the show goes on and it continues to even still.
