~:[CH10 - Day 181]:~ Back in Time

It was a bit of a trek, but it was worth the drive to get to shoot at a place that made it felt like I went back in time, hundreds if not thousands of years. It was funny to be in all these places and feel like I was in one of these dramas, as I was truly on set. They were actually staging for another shoot later that day, so we worked our way through the various parts of the set fairly quickly and truly making that transformation back in time. I had not exercised in a bit, so walking up and down the hills to the different sections was exhausting, but it was nice to get to those spots, especially when you pretty much have it all to yourselves. As we walked out, they were doing costume and make up for all the extras in the other filming and was definitely cool to see that process take place. I ventured out to another stop, but it definitely didn't compare to being on this wonderful set and it made me want to go back and watch all the historicals to see exactly which ones were shot here. I know for sure Daechwita was shot here. I was definitely exhausted, but there was no time to rest. I ventured out to find a few more things as I wandered through the endless streets and shopping areas. I found what I was looking for in the end when I STOPPED looking, but in the process, there were so many more discoveries. I also found what I wanted to eat, but regretted it just a bit, because I tried to finish it because it was so good. I was rolling and into bed I did just that. Sore muscles, a full stomach, and so many beautiful memories.
