What's the best way from point A to point B? The answer often is a straight line, but in life, who really takes a straight line and sometimes, others just want to take the scenic route. Many are in a hurry to get from point to point, trying to move from step to step trying to reach their goals. However, they often forget all that is around them as they have their tunnel vision set on their destination. In the process, they miss all that lies between point A and point B. As I travel, I love to keep my eyes open to see what I can come across when traveling between points. That may take me way of course, but the reality is, my path is not the same as someone else's. My focus may be on my goal, but my priorities may also tell me to explore to ultimately see what else lays out there. In the process, we will take wrong turns, we may get lost or even delayed. That can happen when going from point A to point B as well, but we also open the door for an amazing amount of possibilities that wouldn't have been present if we just took the direct route. You can choose how you want to live your life, but don't forget that going off course doesn't mean you're straying from your goals, it might just mean, you're willing to explore and see the adventures that await you on the wait to reaching that goal. While not all those adventures are memorable and some you just want to plain forget, the growth through those experiences is well worth the deviation, as we can truly test if we are headed in the right direction. Let's make our future about getting a little off course so we can see what else awaits us between point A and point B.
