~:[CH9 - Day 4]:~ Another 48 Hours
I stayed in my room for about 48 hours with a combination of eating, sleeping, organizing files and of courses watching Kdramas while I was waiting for the transfers to happen. The result? Eight percent of my drives are now organized cleanly and I have one sort drive to distribute to the various drives. All in all, it wasn't a break full of making memories, but it was one of reliving them. I scrolled through photo folders from college, scans of old photos and students throughout the years. It was weird seeing how much they changed and even more so how much I changed. I came across moments I had forgotten and refreshed my memories on moments that were not too long ago. I also feel good because I have that sense of knowing where everything is now. Sure, I will need to get used to the new drive names and still want to copy stuff to my cloud so I can access it on the go, but all in all, I finished a good amount of a project I've wanted to do for awhile now. Over the next month, I hope to go over a lot of the files that I organized so I can look in even more detail about those memories I made over my lifetime and I hope that there are many more of these moments on the way. I closed the night off by adding a few more photos to that memory box, meeting with some alums, as they also begin heading back to school. We talked about this process and some of the old memories we had as well. Is there a album you want me to share with you? Let me know and maybe I can get you access to it or at least share a few of the photos from those amazing memories. If you get a chance, open up your photo album and scroll through some of your older albums and remember some of those good times you had, as you anticipate the ones coming up in the future.
