~:[CH9 - Day 6]:~ Time to Reflect
It's the first time that Jordan spent the day with the grandparents and he got to play with one of his new toys he got over the holidays. It's fun to see him grow and slowly come out of his shell. I guess when you look back, you can see the changes in him and hope that the growth continues. In a day that was tough to the students going (let alone myself going), I found some energy from these few moments before I headed back to school for practice. It was back to the grind as we camped at school until about 5:30pm, before calling it a night. Sure, it was earlier than normal, but it's about getting used to the schedule again. While some were sad that we were back to school, it was kind of nice to get back into the routine and I ended the day not dreading it one bit.
