~:[CH9 - Day 9]:~ The Wizarding World of Airports
Airports are not all that magical. It's chaotic, there's traffic, and people just trying to get away. Normally the flow is pretty smooth. but this time, it was not. Strikes in Paris caused my second leg to get delayed, so they pushed back my first flight without clear notification, thus, I walked over to Bradley, they changed my flight back and after almost 90 minutes, I finally was checked in on my original first leg. It did mean that I had a longer layover in London and luckily there was a Harry Potter shop along with a nice place to grab a meal. Due to my troubles, I got a voucher, so it made it extra special! Finally, after getting some work done, it was time to board the final flight, which was also slightly delayed. Of course, it was a little tough to get to the final destination because of the hour but also because of the strikes, but I managed to get there without the tab of an Uber. I finally checked in and I just want to sleep after experiencing all that the world of airports and transportation has to offer, which didn't seem to be so magical after all.
