~:[CH5 - Day 117]: ~ As We Close In

I finished the evening watching the primaries and was excited to see the stage for the general election getting set. It's pretty interest this year as it's been a political circus this year with more issues than in years past. Regardless, it became even more evident that we must go out and vote come November to ensure the best for our future. The day itself was also about closing in, but closing in on the end of the year. With banquet planning for track and MUN beginning and preparations for our final league race and league finals ahead, it was surreal that we would be finishing up this season and the year very soon. It always reminds you that time flies by and you cannot forget to enjoy the moments that you have and how you cannot take anything for granted. As you reflect, you must think, is this the life I want to be living? If not, do something about it. Sure, life will not be perfect and we will not always be able to do exactly what we want to do, but make an effort to do as much as you possibly can, to go and do the things you want to do and go out to see those things you want to see. As long as a lifetime seems, each of those opportunities to make great moments exists daily and it is up to us to capture those moments.
