With this ridiculous talk of building a wall, it was interesting to see this topic being discussed in relation to the cold war in the Berlin Wall presentations today. One of our groups had the class try and build a wall by getting additional pieces every time they answered a question correctly. They went on to discuss the issues with the wall and ultimately, it's fair to conclude that the wall was a disaster for East Berlin, East Berlin and the Soviet Union. So why would we even think about doing something of the sort now? I know that it's a different time and different situation, but it is something we should take into consideration when the elections come in November. Is a solution like this really the answer in this day and age? In any case, this group did well and I was excited to start the presentations off with a few solid presentations. It will be a good foundation for the rest of the presentations who must now match these presentations. I grabbed some TapEx before having a quick meeting at lunch. After school, I got that empty feeling of what should I do?  After collecting a few bags and jerseys, I ended up going home and getting some work done. I did a lot and always forget how much time most people have after work when coaches have to stick around after school. It's kind of nice but I would definitely become bored of it as there is way too much time to waste. I finished up the night solidifying plans for my stop off up north this weekend and also my adventure into Asia in a month. I can't wait!
