~:[CH8 - Day 1]:~ Starting Where I Left Off
I've never done this before and today reminded me why. While I love to travel, trying to get everything lined up after hosting a party on New Year's Eve is a bit crazy. Today I headed out on a journey to complete a job in Tokyo and as I flew out, I began missing the food that I could have been eating if I stayed home. The adventures of traveling are wonderful, but the comforts of home sometimes outweigh these joys. There will be a number of cool experiences and opportunities awaiting me when I arrive, but when I think back to 2018, I also think that I need more home adventures and will try to reserve some of those long weekend for the nomad life. As I looked out the window, the tint of the dreamliner's window made the sky quite a sight to see and a great way to move into the new year. Who know's what 2019 will bring, but all I know is that I hope to make the most of the time I have and focus more on those amazing people who are around me. To all those amazing people around me, I hope that 2019 treats you well and that you find the time to look out the window once in awhile and in the haze that make block your view, know that the sun is shining and waiting for you to soak it all in. Life is not always going to be perfect and it will be quite draining at times, but there is a lot of greatness that lies beyond and I hope that you all find that greatness that awaits you all!
